Growing up

Each one of us have our bad days.... Sometimes they are perpetual , leading us on a dreary unenviable path. But it's those little moments in between that offer us retribution and help us to live. For me, one of those moments is  travelling in the realms of my first love.... Music... Watching my favourite music show and singing along without a care in the world with tears in my eyes and an unusual warmth in my heart just makes life and everything it throws at me that much more bearable.

Growing up.... Many of us have fantasized that growing up would be the ultimate bliss... We would be able to take charge of our own life, live it on our own terms...  but the actual bitter truth is that growing up is synonymous to coming to grips with reality....  It involves dealing with hard,  cruel stuff with no time to breathe...  That beautiful bubble has burst now and we have no choice other than trying our level best and keep our neck above the water.... Yeah I know....  too depressing but life is not a bed of roses...  Still each day...  every day...  we learn something.....  we realise something and we also find something which helps us to keep going on......
